The authors can choose to submit either regular paper or long abstract. The submissions can be written in English or Chinese.
| The accepted regular papers in English will be sent to IEEE for inclusion in IEEE Xplore and index by EI. The previous conference proceedings were published in the IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI Compendex. The length of draft papers in regular is limited to 8 double-column pages, and final papers are restricted to 6 pages. |
| A selection of papers in English with high quality presented at this conference will be recommended (after due extensions) to appropriate IEEE journals and Spring Journal Industrial Artificial Intelligence (https://www.springer.com/journal/44244) |

| All papers will be accepted with the understanding that the authors will present them at the symposium. at least one author of every accepted paper will be required to register for the symposium before uploading the final version. |

| The long abstract should be at least 800 words with the contribution clearly presented. Note the long abstracts and regular papers in Chinese have to be presented at the conference,only being listed in the conference program, will NOT be included in the IEEE publication. |
